Christian Jäschke obtained his degree in Economics (Diplom-Volkswirt) after completing his studies at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg (Breisgau). He started his professional career in management consulting before transitioning to the industrial plant and machinery sector in 2007, where he held several leadership roles. In 2017, Mr. Jäschke took over the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the esteemed Magdeburg-based company FAM Minerals & Mining GmbH. 

Since 2023, Mr. Jäschke has been the Managing Director of ROMONTA Group. 

Additionally, he is member of the Board of Directors of the German Brown Coal Industry Association (DEBRIV).
